| Our normal shipping time is approximately 72 hours (this is when your order is processed, and does not include weekends). Please allow more time for your order to arrive to you. We ship via all major carriers including Fedex and USPS. Larger items may ship Parcel Post.
We also do drop-shipping from some of our suppliers. This may cause a longer period of wait time for your item to get to you. But this allow us to pass on great savings by not having the supplier ship to us then adding more shipping to send it to you.
Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on the same order depending on content and size, and may arrive on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box!
Yes! We accept returns! But all returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise number (RMA). We must be informed within 48 hours of you receiving damaged good for you to get your RMA number. The East Caribbean Online market is not responsible for goods damaged in shipment. We will do every thing possible to assist you with resolving such issues with shippers and or carrier services.
